You do not need to be vegan, or gluten-free, to enjoy this course!  It is simply meant to support you in creating a healthier kitchen for you and your family.  You will learn how to tweak your favorite recipes to inspire greater wellness, how to easily sneak in more veggies and, most important, have more fun while finding greater peace with food.

You can expect to spend 2-2.5 hours in the kitchen each week making at least 5 recipes followed by a potluck lunch at the end of each session.
