Lean Green {fruit-free} Power Smoothie!

YUM! I am so in love with this new liquid feast concoction.

It is sooooo deliciously satisfying and rich, yet still light and not super sweet at all. If you are trying to avoid sugars, fruits, etc. and find that smoothies tend to be, well loaded in both those things, then this smoothie is so for you :-)

I just finished a 7 mile run with my friend Kel and it was the perfect post-workout meal...don't knock it until you try it and let me know what you think!!!

Lean Green {fruit-free} Power Smoothie

1 scoop Warrior Blend Raw Protein Powder (I used the natural flavor) 10 oz. Coconut Water 2 oz. Coconut Milk You can just add more coconut water or substitute for your fav non-dairy milk if you don't have coconut on hand:) 1 heaping Tbsp. Maca and Mesquite Powders THESE ARE A MUST! Don't leave these out because it just won't be the same :( They both provide a naturally sweet and delicious flavor; plus Maca is known to due wonders for balancing hormones... 1/2-1 tsp. Spirulina powder This is not for the faint of heart flavor-wise so if you're new to this magic algae, I would start small and build your way up, but know that you are giving your body some high-dose love :) 1 Tbsp. hemp seeds 1/3 avocado 1 probiotic capsule (optional) 3 ice cubes cinnamon to taste

Blend everything but probiotic, ice cubes and cinnamon in a high-speed blender until smooth. Add in ice cubes and blend for additional 15-20 seconds (you don't want to blend it so much that the ice just turns to water!). Then open probiotic capsule and pour into blend and blend for literally 2-3 seconds just to mix it in.

Pour smoothie into pretty glass or mason jar, top with cinnamon and sip away!!!
