Culinary Competition @ Creativity Symposium

Are you in the mood to be energized, inspired and filled with valuable insights and practices that will help you unleash more joy and creativity in your life?

I so believe it is when we are creating that we truly thrive and can feel passion and joy in our lives.

Sooooo in light of this, I am super excited to be a part of an upcoming event that does just that!!!

On June 7th, I will be hosting and judging a lunchtime 'chef-off' at the Creativity Symposium for Entrepreneurial Women networking event.  The Chefs have the task of creating a gluten-free + vegan finger-food appetizer to be shared with all attendees  who will also vote on the top dish.

I am SO excited to have these 4 amazing + talented local chefs participating in the competition:

~Betty Peralta, MS, LMHCA.  As a Raw Transition Coach, Betty helps people who want to eat more raw plant-based foods make the mental, emotional, and culinary shift to do so.

~Dr. Vaishali Verma, ND.   A graduate of Bastyr University, Vaishali spent 5 years studying Ayurvedic medicine in India and practices integrative Ayurvedic & Naturopathic medicine in Ballard. She believes that home cooked foods are superior to store bought processed foods as they are more nutritious, free of additives, and preservatives.

~Lindsey Frankland.  Lindsey believes that eating healthy does not have to mean sacrificing flavor! With that, she believes that there is flavor in simplicity, and that some of the best dishes only have a few ingredients. As a chef, she strives to create beautiful, delicious meals that people can still feel good about.

~Sarah Palmertraining chef and instructor from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute.  Sarah is fashion, health + fitness enthusiast whose work includes teaching and preparing food for individual clients, catering small parties, and consulting business on raw food menu items and menu development.

As an event attendee not only will you be able to enjoy the sure-to-be delectable creations from these chefs, but before and after the culinary competition are some outstanding speakers and workshop facilitators.  I already registered for my breakout sessions and let me tell you it was so hard to choose from the amazing line-up of presenters!   This event will certainly lend to an unforgettable day of intimate conversations, great connections, thought-provoking education, and delightful entertainment.

Will you join me?

I hope so!!

And if you do; I have two sweet deals for you :)
